In the seminar, Floris will share how structure can be liberating, why just focussing on a ‘more empowering culture’ is not enough, and how getting clarity on who does what work why can be a transformative first step. Floris’s experiences and methodological view will be further enriched by Arkatay’s practical, hands-on approach to self-governance.

For the past six years, Floris Hammar has helped teams and organizations make the leap to the Future of Work. As a coach in Self Governance and Holacracy, he brings the structures, tools and awareness needed to radically transform how we work together.
